Delivery Time:

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. At PURELY ORGANICS, we strive to expedite delivery as much as possible. Please note that this depends on FedEx, which also adjusts its deliveries to business days.

At PURELY ORGANICS, your satisfaction is our priority. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund your money! You enjoy a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

Post-Purchase Follow-up:

You can monitor the status of your order. We'll notify you by email to keep you updated on the arrival of your PURELY ORGANICS product at your home.

Exchange Policy:

If for any reason, which we're sure won't happen ;), you reconsider your purchase, please send us a message immediately (before shipping) at CONTACTO@PURELYORGANICS.MX or using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page. Use the "Immediate Refund Request" heading and include your order number. We will refund your money within 48 to 72 business hours, depending on your bank's policy.

Shipping Coverage Policy:

Currently, we ship exclusively within Mexico. Our coverage extends to all locations served by our partner courier services.

Returns of Dispatched Products:

If the product has already been shipped and you wish to return it, please contact us at CONTACTO@PURELYORGANICS.MX or use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page. Please use the "Return Request" heading. Provide your order number, and we will respond within 30 business days to coordinate the process. Once we collect the product (time may vary depending on your financial institution), we will refund your money and transfer the funds to your account within 72 to 144 business hours. The collected product will not be resold, but rather donated to needy institutions, in accordance with our quality policies.
